We want you to be excited about the simplicity and convenience of your trailer/equipment rental experience and hope that you will return to us for all of your hauling needs, and recommend us to your friends! Please observe the following rental guidelines to help us ensure a positive customer experience:

• Please take Pictures and video before the trailer leaves the lot for your record.

• The driver picking up the rental trailer MUST have a copy of driver's license and insurance card.

• All forms MUST be signed by the individual renting the trailer.

• All vehicles pulling a trailer with electric brakes MUST have a brake controller installed.

• The tow vehicle MUST be an adequate size for the trailer.

• Return the trailer to the same location where it was picked up.

• Trailers MUST be picked up and dropped off between the business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Saturday. Trailers MUST be checked in by CVTR personnel and the tongue locked.

• *Please Note* You are fully responsible for the trailer from the check-out time to check-in time by a CVTR representative. Simply dropping off the trailer without checking it in will not release the renter from liability and may result in additional fees. The renter is responsible for all damages to the trailer while it is in their possession.

• There WILL be a $50 cleaning fee if the trailer is brought back dirty. Please spray it off before it is returned.

• Major credit cards are the only accepted method of payment.
